The (DSOA) Dreyfoos School of the Arts Singers & Singers Ensemble
The Vocal Department of Dreyfoos School of the Arts (DSOA) is comprised of several chorus ensembles. Featured in this album are the DSOA Singers and the auditioned DSOA Singer’s Ensemble. These are groups of students selected for their superior performing and sight-reading ability. Dreyfoos School of the Arts is an all-arts public magnet school in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Ken Taylor, Director of Choral Studies
Ken Taylor is Director of Choral Studies at the Dreyfoos School of the Arts. This year he was named the 2023 winner of the Randolph A. Frank Prize for the Performing Arts.
Evan Schultz, Recording Engineer
Evan Schultz, a former recording engineer at the Juilliard School, New York, has recorded and mastered for artists and ensembles from several national symphonies. His work has been broadcast on American Public Media’s “Performance Today” reaching 1.6 million weekly listeners.
