  • I received an email receipt, but it doesn’t have the download link. Where is it?
  • Download links appear in 3 places:

  • The Checkout page
    As soon as you finish your order, a download link will appear in the order summary.
  • “Order is completed” email
    Your initial “order receipt” email does not contain the download link, but once we process your order, you will receive a second email saying “Your order is complete.” The download link will be within that email. You should receive the “order completed” email within 1 business day of your online purchase.
  • My Account page
    If you are a registered user on the website, all your download links are saved under “My Account.” You can reach the My Account page in the top menu under the “Cart” tab.
  • My download link expired. Why?
  • All downloads may be downloaded an unlimited number of times within 7 days of your order.

  • I made my order more than 7 days ago.
    If your order is more than one week old, the download link will expire. To get a new download link, please contact Technical Support. Include your order number and the title of the download you purchased.
  • I made my order less than 7 days ago.
    If your order is less than a week old and you cannot download an ebook or MP3, please contact Technical Support. Include your order number and the title of the download you purchased.
  • I received the wrong ebook or MP3.
  • Please let us know immediately if the song you received is not the one you purchased! Contact Technical Support. Include the title of the download you purchased and the file name of the one you received instead.
